2. Subscription Services
- Monthly Subscriptions: Refunds are not available for monthly subscription services once the payment has been processed. Partners may cancel their subscription at any time, but the cancellation will only take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
- Annual Subscriptions: Refunds for annual subscription services are available within the first 30 days of the initial payment. After 30 days, no refunds will be issued.

3. One-Time Services
For one-time services (e.g., specific marketing campaigns, consulting sessions), refunds are available under the following conditions:
- A full refund will be issued if the service has not yet commenced.
- Once the service has commenced, refunds will be issued on a case-by-case basis, depending on the percentage of the service that has been completed.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances, such as:
- Failure to deliver the agreed-upon services within the specified timeframe, provided the delay is not caused by the client.
- Significant deviations from the agreed-upon service scope, not approved by the partner.

To request a refund, partners must:

- Provide detailed information about the service in question, the reason for the refund request, and any supporting documentation or evidence.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the service delivery or payment, whichever is later.

6. Processing Refunds
- Refund requests will be reviewed within 10 business days of receipt.
- If the refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon.

7. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable:
- Services rendered in full as per the partner's request.
- Services provided at a discount or promotional rate.
- Customized services specifically tailored to the partner's unique needs and requirements.
