1. Introduction

2. Services
Synergy Success Marketing provides digital marketing services including, but not limited to, social media marketing, paid advertisements, SEO, campaign creation, regular maintenance, and expert recommendations.

3. Subscription Services
Our services are offered on a subscription basis, which includes:
- Campaign Creation: Developing tailored marketing campaigns for your business.
- Regular Maintenance: Ongoing management and optimization of marketing campaigns.
- Expert Recommendations: Providing strategic advice to improve campaign performance.
4. Payment Terms
- Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as agreed upon.
- All fees are due in advance and are non-refundable.
- Payments can be made via credit card or other methods as agreed upon.
- Failure to pay subscription fees may result in suspension or termination of services.

5. Termination and Cancellation
- While we don't have any lock in contracts, we require a notice; 30 days in advance to when you would like to terminate.
- In the event of termination, all outstanding fees must be paid in full.
- Synergy Success Marketing reserves the right to terminate services immediately in case of breach of terms.

6. Confidentiality
- Both parties agree to keep all confidential information private and not to disclose it to any third parties.
- Confidential information includes, but is not limited to, business plans, marketing strategies, and client lists (unless agreed otherwise).

7. Intellectual Property
- All materials developed by Synergy Success Marketing, including but not limited to campaign content, graphics, and strategies, remain the intellectual property of Synergy Success Marketing.
- Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for the duration of the agreement.

8. Liability
- Synergy Success Marketing will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
- Our total liability to the client for any claim arising out of or relating to our services will not exceed the total amount paid by the client to Synergy Success Marketing during the preceding 12 months.

9. Indemnification
- Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Synergy Success Marketing from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of or related to the use of our services.

10. Amendments
- Synergy Success Marketing reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
- Clients will be notified of any significant changes and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Governing Law
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state in which Synergy Success Marketing is headquartered.
- Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions will be resolved in the courts of that state.
